I typically speak on the phone with a prospective client prior to setting up an initial consultation to discuss your needs and my approach. The next step is to schedule a 60-minute consultation to further discuss what you are looking for, relevant history, and how we can work together. Following a consultation, our first sessions are generally focused on defining treatment goals and discussing how we can work towards these goals. You will learn that I am goal-oriented in my approach and primarily utilize a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family Systems approach to treatment.
